Groups on the ORD node
As a social network sameboat is focused on groups, whence the sameboat metaphor.
Live video for groups and IRC text for the operating system agents are the interaction defaults .
Anonymous users from the wild may interact with groups that have enabled it but they are restricted to the periphery, at least social networked authentication is required for all humans in the Exe Novel interior. Ofc, my main biz relationship is with individual entitled AKPERSONs, and a given individual can have membership in many groups but the system focus is on the groups. I do not permit advertising outside of the classifieds in my brandspace nor the introduction of relationships with for profit 3rd parties except where i have enabled it in system software. In wider domain space others may determine different policies in the namespaces they operate.

On geonodes like ORD, the top level group is the whole metro region, larger generally than a single city, and subgroups go to the city, town, neighborhood, personal circles of friends and family. I am not allowing groups to form for other purposes in the sameboat domain but you can operate a node or a peer network in a domain you own in wider domain space.
The list of areas selectable at the top of the page only goes to the town or recognized neighborhood level and is system determined but smaller neighborhoods and social groups can be formed by users.
